Provailliance is one of the largest hairdressing chains in the Netherlands. Something needed to be done with their data streams, but how? As a data scientist with a marketing background, I always start with an in-depth client interview. It’s the only way to get to the core of the problems and hurdles.

It all begins with gaining insights.

Once we had that crystallized, we were able to built a data environment in which we gathered all data sources. It provided detailed insights on customer profiles, we could instantly use for targeted marketing tools.

We’re not in it for the short run. The data system we’ve built for Provalliance is multi purpose, flexible and continuous. The database continues to enrich and structure itself. It makes marketing and smart targeted a totally automated process.
